The Power of Perfume

Everybody knows that perfumes have many different characteristics. Some inspire creativity, passion, relieve anxiety or release hidden sensuality.
Perfume is thousands of years old - the word "perfume" comes from the Latin per fume "through smoke". The early Egyptians used perfumed balms as part of religious ceremonies and later as part of pre love making preparations. (hey this is the true history)

Perfume is made from about 78% to 95% of specially denatured ethyl alcohol and a remainder of essential oils. Perfume is the costliest form of fragrance with 22% of essential oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP), comes next with between 15 and 22% essential oils. That's followed by Eau de Toilette (EDT) with 8 to 15% oils. The weaker Eau de Cologne has just 4% essential oils.
For those who crave super subtlety Eau Fraiche with 1 to 3% essential oils, is the lightest dilution of fragrance.

In my case, I have 4 brands that I really love at the moment. Each and every bottle gives me different kindda mood and inspiration. GUESS, Aigner, Montblanc and CKIN2U.
Last time I used to use Pure Poison Christian Dior. But now, I think I use it maybe only once in every two weeks. Well.. people change..

I also remember that I bought this perfume, Aigner for Women in Jakarta. But, I dont know.. where is it now.. I couldnt find it everywhere... maybe I left it at one of the hotel during one of the workshop I attended last time.

It has a very very very nice smell. Every time I smell this Aigner, it will reminds me of the time when I was visiting Jakarta in May 2007.

Well.. people says that perfume can flashback our memories. I really miss this nice perfume. But where is it now? Missing in action.. I asked many boutique about this brand but they said its only available in Mid Valley and KLCC.

umm... anybody who loves the same brand?

Love and Berry Dress Up and Dance

For the past 5 months (or maybe more) my girls are addicted to play this Love and Berry Dress Up and Dance.

Hannah is playing the Vending Machine

As I read from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and found following informations:

Oshare Majo: Love and Berry (オシャレ魔女 ラブandベリー, Oshare Majo: Love and Berry lit. Fashionable Witch: Love and Berry) is a cross between an arcade game and collectible card game from Sega, targeted toward girls usually between 6 and 12 years old. The game was first shown in amusement arcades on October 30, 2004, and becoming very popular among the target market in late 2005 and through 2006. Games machines were installed in many department stores and children's play areas.

The game costs RM2 in some places but in genting it costs you RM3 each. By swiping previously won cards, players can change the hair, dress, shoes and make-up of the two characters. The game then proceeds to a rhythm and dancing game.

The dancing game is played by tapping one of the buttons in time to the tambourine tapping on the screen. If you get a high enough score you will be rewarded with a secret code used to access some secrets on the website.

This small machine costs minimum of USD200 and only available in Japan
Love is said to be a 14 year old, birthday September 6th. She is 150cm tall, and blood type O. Her style is "cute". She is dubbed by voice artist Hiromi Kono. Berry is more "cool" than Love. She is also 14 years old, birthday November 11. Her blood type is A. She is dubbed by Hisayo Yanai.

Gameplay is simplistic as the player would just scan their fashion magic cards to dress up and tap the yellow button to the beat of the tambourine. Every time a player inserts credits into the machine, a card is dispensed for the player to use and collect. This can range from a Dress Up, Hair & Makeup, Footwear or Special card. When the card is retieved, the player can select from six different game modes. After selecting a game mode, the player can select one of five locations. With the exception of Dress Up Research and 2-Player Competition, the player can pick whether they like to play as Love or Berry.

There are five different venues to dance on that are: Street Court, Fashion Street, Seaside Stage, Idol Stage and V. Each venue has a particular theme and players must dress accordingly to have better points.

So now, since both of them are addicted to this game, every saturday morning I will bring them to JUSCO to let them play with the machine. Here in Malaysia, as far as I concerned, we only have the Vending game and through my exploration to the internet, I understand that this game is available in the form of Video game only in Japan. So, I have to write an email to my instructor in Okinawa (Nana San) asking her if there is a chance for me to get the game. I have to do this on behalf of my 2 girls because they really like to play the game in fact they are sitting besides me while I'm writing this post.

Hazeqah is playing Love and Berry

They know that I have many friends from Japan. And everyday they keep on asking me... mummy, did you get any response from your friend regarding the Love and Berry video game? ummm.... I heard that the cost of this small video game is USD200. Errkk...

USD200? ehhh... and I supposed 1 video game is not enough for both of them.
