ALL YOU CAN EAT
As usual, when you travel abroad, the biggest problem that you need to face is the food!! 8 days in Australia, given me new experience of the wonderful world of vegetarian. Believe it or not... I became vegetarian during the whole week!!!
The first day I arrived, I couldnt find anything to eat.. except an expensive plate of fried vegetables noodle. It cost me AUD 5.50 that is equivalent to RM 15.95. My goodness... No choice .... Some of my friends .. they cooked because they just couldnt live without rice.. but for me, this is the time when I need to try different food..(..really?..)
These were the menus prepared by the organizer.. During morning coffee break, we were given some pastries... that really nice... but when it comes to the afternoon break, we were given nice cute and sweet muffins.
Well... look nice am I right... but please... try that for 2 days... and to your suprise, after 3 days, nobody dares to touch the muffins... the taste was sooo sweet... thanks but no thanks...
As conclusion, I miss karipap so much!!!
Never leave home without karipap!!

SCHOOL EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PROGRAMME - University of South Australia
Associate Professor Robert Heath
I was lucky to be chosen as one of the participants for this "School Emergency Preparedness" course from 4th - 8th September 2006 in University of South Australia (UniSA), Adelaide. This project is a collaboration project between Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) and UNICEF.
In this course, we were exposed to Crisis Management Modules, Risk Assesment and Evaluation also what plans must, need to, could, should not include in the School Emergency Preparedness. Also we learnt about Recovery Management.
The lectures was given by Associate Professor Robert Heath from the University itself.
Currently, he is Associate Professor in Risk and Stratergy in the School of Management, University of South Australia.
