Memories of Bali

A few days before end of the year, I had a chance to visit Bali, Indonesia. The panoramas are very exciting and beautiful. Also the people they are very nice and helpful.

Emergency Preparedness Program

I was appointed as one of the facilitator of the School Emergency Preparedness Program organized by our Ministry and also MERCY (Malaysian Medical elief Society) Malaysia. This is a program to help raising up awareness among teachers and counselor of primary school on how to manage disasters such as flood, tsunami, landslide etc in their schools.

A set of seminars and workshop were handled by MERCY secretariat also a school-watching exercise was carried out that included school disaster mapping, that is the identification of potential risk areas as well as the planning of evacuation routes and centres.
