We will never forget you

Police confirmed the DNA test on the body of a girl found stuffed in a sports bag at a shophouse in Petaling Jaya Utama on Monday is that of Nurin Jazlin Jazimin who was missing since a month ago.

I was shocked as I read a SMS from my brother on thursday afternoon. It was about a little girl, Nurin. Nurin Jazlin, 8, whom was reported missing on Aug 20 after going alone to a night market near her house.

About a month later, a body of a naked girl, believed to have been sexually abused, was found stuffed in a foetal position inside a gym bag by a shophouse owner on the stairs of a three-storey business premises. Petaling Jaya police chief said a post-mortem conducted by the Kuala Lumpur Hospital showed that the girl died of an infection. Her intestines had ruptured after foreign objects were forced into her private parts. There was no trace of semen. Police said bruises on her body suggested that she was tortured before she died. (Trust me... my fingers are shaking while typing these words..) The girl is believed to have been killed 24 hours before her body was found.

Nurin’s father, Jazimin Abdul Jalil, at first, however, refused to accept the DNA result that the girl’s body was his daughter’s.

What a stupid animal that could do unmentionable crime to a helpless & innocent little girl... How could a girl died this way? No ONE deserves to die this way! And the killer still walks freely among us..

As mother of 2, my heart felt sorrow, grief and condolences to the parents of late Nurin. Me and my 2 girls, we watch TV together every night to know the latest info about this case.

The girl is now gone forever...Nurin was buried after Friday prayers at the Wangsa Maju Muslim cemetery.

Al-Fatihah to Nurin Jazlin. May you rest in peace.

1 Ulasan:

  • I am sitting in MTEC office, reading with my body shaking.
I cannot believe this happened in your country.

How stupid the human can be.
I want to understand something hidden background of crimes, but not for this kind of crime.

As a mother, I never want my children involved in a crime like this, and I never want my children to commit any crime like this.

Let me pray for the girl from Japan.
