Shunje gay Kuenzhang (Goodbye Kuenzhang)
Approximately 3 weeks ago, I got an email from a friend of mine, Kuenzhang Gyeltshen from Bhutan. When he wrote the email, he was in Singapore attending an Audio Visual Course.
Well, it was very long long time ago since the last day I entered Singapore, this could be a great opportunity for me. So, last Saturday, I got the chance to visit Singapore not only to meet a nice friend, also to visit the Lion City. Initially, we planned to drive... but due to the Chinese New Year festive, we dropped the plan and at last minute, together with my husband, we took a flight to Singapore as I already promised to meet Kuenzhang at 12 noon in front of Suntec Convention Center on Saturday.
After one year, I feel that the friendship is still the same, we talked about many things, especially career, family and also future work plan. But the most interesting part is... even though we havent meet for almost one year, I dont feel the gap...
To Kuenzhang, definately, if I have an opportunity to visit India, I will cross the border to Bhutan. Thank you for still remembering the ex-classmate... he he... (he was sitting in front of me in Okinawa)...
To all friends of mine from all over the world, if you have the chance to visit Malaysia, dont hesitate to contact me. Sure we will find time to meet.
After saying goodbye to Kuenzhang in the MRT, we went down to Woodlands. That night, we took a bus from Woodlands to Johor Bahru. From there, we traveled to Seremban and we reached home around 12.45 am on Sunday.
Great experience... great journey... also... great friendship..

We had lunch together, and we took the MRT to Orchard Road, one of the most famous place in Singapore.

Really beautiful friendship, indeed. I am so happy and proud of the fact that the friendship started when you two were on our island of Okinawa, where there is a proverb "Once we meet, we are siblings."
Cheers to the great friendshop.
Hope it lasts forever.
